| Yes. We stay with your interior project consistently until it is complete. This does however differ with exterior work as cold and rainy weather dictates our work habits. We will always communicate with you when we cannot be on an exterior job due to weather conditions. We will not however leave your interior or exterior job for another job for you to wonder when we will return. |

| "Do you protect our furniture and clean up after you are done?" |
| Yes. We cover floors, furniture and other necessary areas or items to protect them from paint. We also cover doorways to adjoining rooms and hallways to contain dust to the area where we are working. We return you home to the condition in which we found it upon completion. |

| "Do you subcontract your work?" |
| Only our wallpaper hanging is subcontracted. Our reputation means everything to us, which is why we have a thorough hire screening process. You can feel comfortable leaving our employees in your home because we perform background checks and do random drug testing on all employees. |
